The nose is clear and intense in the fruity and spicy notes, from black cherries to licorice and pepper. Enveloping to the taste , rich, with soft tannins, with a long and fruity finish. Excellent with meat first courses, with vincisgrassi (a typical Marche pasta dish) and with red meat dishes.
